His unique journey began as a cook before moving to running and managing restaurants in Sydney, where he developed a deep passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. During this time, Jack was frequently sought after for high-quality service outside the traditional restaurant setting, which further fueled his desire to expand his expertise. Seeking to refine his skills, he moved to france, working in luxury chalets both as a cook and providing service, including in the acclaimed "Best New Ski Chalet in the World 2024." Immersed in the region’s world-class hospitality, he was inspired by the level of service and attention to detail he encountered. Jack has now returned home to Sydney, driven by a passion to create memorable moments for people. Today, he combines his service expertise with a love for great wine, beverages, and food, delivering unforgettable experiences through SAILL Group.
