The team behind SAILL Group has worked across some of Sydney & europe's best venues, luxury chalets and super yachts around the world. Every member, from our chefs and waitstaff to our bartenders and event coordinators, brings real experience in high-end hospitality and a genuine care for getting the details right.
Led by founder Jack Barripp, we're a tight team that takes pride in our work. We don't just show up and serve, we collaborate with you on the menu, the flow of the evening, and the small touches that make an event feel considered. That's what sets us apart.
ABOUT JACK
Jack Barripp founded SAILL Group after more than a decade in Sydney hospitality, moving between kitchen and floor across some of the city's most considered restaurants.
When clients began asking him to bring that same care into their homes and private celebrations, SAILL Group took shape.
He later refined the craft in France, cooking alongside Michelin-starred chefs in luxury alpine chalets, including the property awarded Best New Ski Chalet in the World, 2024.
Back in Sydney, Jack leads SAILL Group with one belief. Great hospitality is felt, not just seen.
